Air Quality Permits

The DEQ issues Montana Air Quality Permits for both stationary sources and portable emitting units.  If a facility has the ability to move the emitting units from site to site it would be considered portable.  Both the stationary and portable source applications are available, as well as a Permit Process Flow Diagram that reviews the time frames involved in the permit process.
