Clean Air Act Advisory Committee
The CAAAC (Clean Air Act Advisory Committee) is an informal advisory group formed after the passage of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990. DEQ seeks comments from CAAAC on a wide range of air quality issues including Title V, new sources review, and air quality fees. The group consists of members of the regulated community, environmental organizations and the public.
