The Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ)
issued a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) on April 25, 2003 to develop a list of
pre-qualified individuals and firms to conduct Retro-Commissioning projects for
K-12 public schools, community hospitals, community colleges, universities,
state buildings, and federal buildings in Montana under the State Energy
Program. The objective of the Request For Qualifications (RFQ) is to
develop a list of pre-qualified Commissioning Authorities for
Retro-Commissioning projects at existing, occupied, buildings.Facility owners will use this list to select a Retro-Commissioning
Authority for their project.Facility owners will negotiate the cost, and scope of work,
of the retro-commissioning project and may be able to receive funding from DEQ
to help offset the costs of the commissioning project, based on availability of
funding.
The following is a list of individuals or engineering firms
that have successfully submitted qualifications through the RFQ process to
conduct Retro-Commissioning projects.The
Pre-Qualified Retro-Commissioning Authority list is in a random order.The list will be updated a minimum of annually for facility owners to
contact as additional individuals or engineering firms successfully submit
qualifications.
