Executive Summary:

The 14th Annual EPAC Conference brought together over 100 attendees during the three days of informational, technical, and policy sessions.  The 27 speakers and moderators covered topics on the myths and facts of fuel ethanol, ethanol and biodiesel production facilities, present and future markets, regional experience from ethanol and biodiesel fleet users, information and support sources, and a national summary of policies and potential laws affecting development of ethanol and biodiesel.   The conference was followed by an informational session on past and potential policies for Montana and the 2005 legislative session.
