- Pre-qualified Retro-Commissioning Authority List
The Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) issued a Request For Qualifications (RFQ) to develop a list of pre-qualified individuals and firms to conduct Retro-Commissioning projects for K-12 public schools, community hospitals, community colleges, universities, state buildings, and federal buildings in Montana under the State Energy Program. This list of individuals or engineering firms have successfully submitted qualifications through the RFQ process to conduct Retro-Commissioning projects.

- Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (Alliance)
The Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance is a nonprofit group of electrical utilities, state governments, public interest groups and industrial representatives committed to bringing affordable energy-efficient products and services to the market place in the Northwest.
The Alliance is promoting "Commissioning of Public Buildings in the Northwest." The goal of this project is to make commissioning standard practice in public buildings in the Pacific Northwest states of Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington.
- Montana Rebuild America
The Montana Rebuild Program is a voluntary network of community partnerships made up of local governments and businesses that save money by saving energy. Montana Rebuild is funded through a grant from the US DOE Rebuild America Program.
Both the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance and the DOE Rebuild America Program promote building commissioning to maximize building performance and energy efficiency.
