CECRA Facility Ranking Form

In compliance with Section 75-10-704(3) MCA and ARM 17.55.111, this document contains the Department's system for prioritizing facilities for remedial action.  The purpose of prioritizing facilities is to estimate, based on available information, the relative potential risk posed by the facility to public health, safety or welfare, or the environment. Generally, the department will address Category One facilities first, Category Two facilities next, Category Three facilities next and Category Four facilities last.
