Board of Environmental Review January 14, 2010 Teleconference Agenda
The Board has chosen to conduct its January 22 meeting as a teleconference. On January 14 the Board terminated its rulemaking on permitting thresholds for greenhouse gas emissions and cancelled the January 22 public hearing on the rulemaking. The remainder of the January 22 meeting can be accomplished via teleconference.
