Bozeman Hot Springs is a developed spa and exercise facility located seven miles west of Bozeman. A 680-foot well was completed in 1980 to increase flow from beneath the surface springs. The well yields artesian hot water at a temperature of 135 F with flows of 30 to 40 gpm. The well initially reached Precambrian metamorphics which underlie the local Tertiary valley sediments. The water is of excellent quality, with low total dissolved solids and sulfates. The hot water is currently used for a swimming pool, indoor hot pools and space heating.
BOZEMAN HOT SPRINGS is a world famous natural hot springs, spa and fitness center located in the heart of Montana's beautiful Gallatin Valley. For more than 100 years, visitors have come to relax and rejuvenate in these natural hot springs. A small pool enjoyed only by a few in the late 1800s has evolved into a destination for area residents and tourists seeking a unique Montana experience with friends and family. The newly remodeled Bozeman Hot Springs includes a day spa, a fitness center, a juice bar and a day care all conveniently located just minutes from Gallatin International Airport, Yellowstone National Park and Big Sky Resort.
