This site is referenced from the Montana Geothermal Map by Sonderegger and Berantino, 1981. Little information is available for the site, but the MBOGC records indicate a deep well (8,078 ft) was drilled in this section, although the location is not known accurately. Another well with flowing hot water is noted on the topographic map in Sec 6 of T2N, R34E.
