Compost Operator Course with Jean Bonhotal. Jean has worked at the Cornell Waste Management Institute in solid waste education for over 20 years. For the last ten years, she has been working on composting feedstock from food to manure to animal carcasses. Compost quality and consistency in the market place has also become a high priority.
