- Annual Compliance - A site inspection shall be conducted and submitted to the Department annually by appropriate personnel as identified in the SWPPP. Reports must be submitted to the Department by January 28th of each year and shall pertain to the comprehensive Site Inspection performed during the preceding calendar year. The Report must contain a certification that the facility is in compliance with the SWPPP and this General Permit.
