Water Pollution Control Advisory Council (WPCAC)
Water Pollution Control Advisory Council consists of eleven members who are appointed by the Governor. WPCAC members are entitled to be reimbursed for travel expenses incurred while in the performance of council duties as provided for in 2-18-501 through 2-18-503.
